The clay used for making Tokoname ware teapots contains abundant iron oxide, and it reacts with the tannin of tea reducing excess bitterness so you can fully enjoy its rich taste. Includes a minute ceramic tea strainer which brings out the most delicious flavor of your tea in a way that typical metal strainers cannot.
