This thin-shaped gratin dish lets heat penetrate easily. With a wide surface area, the form is narrow. A new design of gratin plate allows heat to easily reach to the inside, making it easy to get plenty of crisply cooked parts with golden color. Suitable for use in a microwave or oven, you can store this item in the fridge as well as wash it in a dishwasher. With a gently colored blueberry pattern.
