A tin (100%) long plate perfect for appetizers. Produced using 100% tin based on skills developed from the processing techniques of "casting", a traditional industry of Takaoka, Toyama Prefecture. In a fine, delicate pattern. It has a great anti-bacterial effect so you can enjoy cold dishes even more if you chill them in this for 1-2 minutes. Recommended for salad, sashimi, carpaccio, etc. You can slightly bend one of the sides to make a grip. Available in Nunome and Hiware patterns.
