The blade is carefully created using the craftsmanship of bladesmith artisans from Seki, allowing you to experience brilliant sharpness. It boasts sharpness that lasts for a long time. The handle is designed in a fine R shape in pursuit of unique style that fits effortlessly in the hand. For fine or decorative cutting such as peeling the thick skin of a lemon etc, hollowing out small tomatoes, etc.

This may cause the blade to chip, crack, become deformed etc. Do not use if it is deformed. *Should the blade become chipped, be sure to find where the chipped piece is and then remove it. *Be sure to defrost frozen food before cutting it. *When cutting frozen food, be sure to use a knife for cutting frozen food. *Do not place near a flame. This may cause deformation. *To prevent rust, wash after use, wipe off moisture with a dry cloth etc and then store after it has dried. *Chlorine-based disinfectants, bleaches, etc. cause rust so rinse well before storing. *Take special care when using with your hand or fingers in direct contact with the blade spine. There is a risk of injury depending on how you apply pressure. *Do not use to pry open the lids of cans. *After use, store out of reach of small children. *When a child is using this, be sure that they do so under the watch of a parent. *Sharpen when it loses sharpness. (Coated Knives: sharpening removes coating) *Do not use in a dishwasher or dryer. [How to Sharpen] *In order to not impair knife sharpness, remember sharpening procedure. Sharpen at least 1-2 times a month. Sharpening stone: There are rough stones, medium stones and finishing stones. For home use, a medium stone is recommended. The liquid that comes out when sharpening is a liquid necessary for blade sharpening so do not wash away. *Reciprocating motion form; same regardless of being double-edged or single-edged. *When a burr appears on the blade tip, sharpen the underside in the same way as the surface. ●Should there be no stock, item manufacture will take place after order placement.
