●How to make kit:
First, iron all over to remove wrinkles and cut fabric. Cut with scissors into each shape.
[How to make bib]
①Put the tag on the dotted line on the surface of the bib fabric ①, and temporarily fix. Sew the edges.
②When temporarily fixed, overlap each piece of fabric on the cloth that is folded inside out, and fix with a pin so it stays in place.
③Open the A portion along the sewing line and sew together. When hand-sewing, sew the stitches at 3mm intervals.
④When turned over, cut an approx. 4mm triangular incision into the curved seam allowance so that it doesn't become stiff. Take care not to cut the seam by mistake.
⑤Turn over the folded opening. It is easy to turn over if you do so by press the inside of the left upper fabric on the opposite side of the folded opening.
⑥Close folded opening so seam isn't visible, iron and shape.
Closing folded opening: make a knot, pierce a needle from the inside of the cloth and scoop up the front cloth without penetrating while removing the needle.
⑦Snap Button: Attach 4 - 2 on the front and 2 on the back. Please note that once they are attached they are difficult to remove.
1) Make holes at the triangular marks on the fabric using a needle punch etc. ※4 places in total
2) Securely fit the socket into the cap edge with your fingers directly from above. until you hear a clicking sound. ※This is easy to do if you use a protective cloth and apply weight from directly above.
3) Insert the stud on the cap edge in the same manner.
4) Check that the socket and stud engage properly.
[How to make pouch]
①Just like the bib, temporarily fix the tag on the dotted line on the surface, align the fabric with the cloth that is folded inside out, and sew together. When hand-sewing, sew the stitches at 3mm intervals.
②Split the seam allowance and sew together to just below the crotch end in a C shape. When hand-sewing, sew the stitches at 3mm intervals.
③Return to original shape, and zig-sag sew at the seam allowance. Those who have an overlock sewing machine can processing the edges using it. When sewing by hand, push the seam allowance inside, pass the needle through from the same direction repeatedly at 5mm intervals while in a mountain-fold shape.
④Make the drawstring hole. Fold down 1cm of upper opening and press down with an iron. Fold a further 2cm, fold into 3 and sew together. ※Repeat the same procedure from the opposite side. When hand-sewing, sew the stitches at 3mm intervals.
⑤Pass the drawstring through to the back loop, starting at the right front loop. Repeat the procedure from the left side and tie together.
⑥Turn over at the opening, iron, shape and it is finished.
