Okazaki Cherry Blossoms/Spring Greenery Jukkokubune Boat Tour

The Jukkokubune tour boat passes under arches of cherry blossom trees.
The Okazaki area has many attractions such as Nanzen-ji and Heian Shrine. Here you can enjoy viewing cherry blossoms whilst cruising on the boat, Jukkokubune, on the Lake Biwa Canal that flows through the area. Along the route of this 3km round trip,
the waterfront blossoms with cherry flowers and new spring greenery that loom over the boat, creating a remarkably atmospheric experience. Between March 30 (Fri.) and April 15 (Sun.) the boat also runs in the evening for night cherry blossom viewings.
