Memorable Performance of Kanze-style Noh Actor Soichiro Hayashi
IIn 2003, he was introduced to the head of the Kanze school. In the spring of his 2011 he became an independent performing Noh actor. Young performer Soichiro Hayashi's will take on the epic "Dojoji", as his first step up the ladder.
The biggest highlight is the "Kane-iri", where the heroic protagonist has to perform a dangerous leap over the huge falling bell that is used in the world of Noh. Documentation will be distributed and there will also be commentary by the performers, meaning that even beginners can easily enjoy this prestigious performance.
