Hand-braiding trial experience

Beautiful Kyoto braids made using traditional hand-braiding knowledge.
Kyoto braiding born during the Heian period that was once also used for tea ceremony utensils and armor decoration. Following this path, under the guidance of craftsmen with 60 years of tradition, you can create silk straps and key holders in
selectable colors using traditional hand-braiding techniques. It is just a short walk to the nearby World Heritage Site, Byodo-in, so you can also stop by for some sight-seeing.
