Matcha Making Experience
Grind and taste matcha tea loved by shogun generals and Rikyu.
A shop with a history of over 500 years, specializing in “Uji tea”, one of Japan's premium teas. On the 3rd floor of this shop, that once provided tea for the shogunate and continues to make and preserve refined tea, you can try your hand at making matcha tea. First of all, grind refined Uji-produced tea leaves using a stone mortar. Then, make your own tea and learn some tea ceremony knowledge. Enjoy the freshly ground flavor!
