Date Masamune is a samurai warlord who lived in the Warring States period. He served Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Tokugawa Ieyasu. The red sword sticking out of his battle surcoat and the helmet with a crescent moon look fashionable and convey the dignity of him establishing a big influence in the Tohoku area.
Made by a doll maker "Tsuchida Hakurei" in Kyoto. Hand-drawn one by one at great pains. You can feel a tender warmth and the great power of the warlord when you put it on your palm.

Date Masamune is a samurai in the Warring States period. He was called the "one-eyed dragon" since he lost his right eye due to disease when he was little.
He was a warlord who fought together with Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Tokugawa Ieyasu. His motto was "be patient, keep calm, and then take action". For his cool behavior, he was also called "Datemono"
