If you have just ichiban dashi and a microwave, you can cook delicious food without fire.
Very useful for making dashi such as konbu dashi created over a long period of time and katsuodashi. A pot that easily allows you to make dashi. Creates only freshly made ichiban dashi and so is economical. Also suitable for those in a rush. As the dashi will be homemade, you can enjoy noodles, soups, simmered foods etc. with more flavorful ichiban dashi. With water-repelling processing that resists staining and a clean function that prevents dripping. The handle is also big and easy to hold.

●How to make ichiban dashi:
[Ingredients for 4 servings (result amount approx. 600ml)]
(water) 280ml,​ (konbu) 2 pieces (3 x 3cm),​ (shaved katsuo] 10g
[Recipe]
1.Set strainer in dashi pot,​ add konbu and shaved katsuo and pour in water.
2.Heat in the microwave for 7 minutes without the lid on and it is ready.
●Recipe Idea: Dissolve agar powder in the created dashi and add,​ yuzu juice,​ vinegar,​ soy sauce,​ salad oil and pepper to make a refreshing,​ healthy dressing. Can be stored in the dashi pot as-is in the refrigerator for 1 week.
●Other:
・Can be used in the microwave.
