| Order Expiration Date | There is no expiration date. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. *Please note that you may not place an order every morning from 7:30 to 9:00am (JST) for our server maintenance. |
| Returns | Customers should contact us within 14 days after receiving merchandise. Customers have to bear the returning shipping charges if reasons are arising from Customers, such as image difference or wrong size, etc. If reasons are arising from us (1-3 stated below), we accept returns and exchanges. 1. The merchandise is different from which has been ordered. 2. The merchandise is defective. 3. The merchandise is damaged. |
| Shipping Period | Although the Company strives to ship your order within 9 days from the day it was placed, depending on the contents of the order, the condition of stocks, and the volume of orders, there may be instances where shipment of the order is delayed.
