To make an order with us, first login by clicking the button. After logging in, you can see at a glance information such as your accumulated points.

When you want to add an item to your shopping cart, click the button. Click the button once to add one unit to your cart. If you would like three of the same item, then click the button three times.
When you want to view the contents of your cart or your order total, please click on the button. Select the necessary information and check the details.
Click on the button to be taken to the Shipping Address screen.

You must accumulate at least 100 points in order to be eligible to use your points for a discount. 100 points = a discount of JPY 100. If you choose [Yes] for applying points, the largest number of points you can use (in a unit of 100 points) will be automatically used. If you choose [No] for applying points, your order will proceed without using any points. If you use points, the amount from your order total that was discounted from the usage of points will not be eligible for point acquisition.

This charge is based on the EMS (Express Postal Service) shipping charge. Half that amount is borne by JCRAFTS with the other half being the responsibility of the customer. If an item has a special shipping charge, half the EMS shipping charge is displayed in the "Special Shipping" section of the product details screen. (The value will vary depending on the country and region.)
Every unit ordered of an item that has a special shipping charge will incur that charge.
Even in the event that an order total means the order is eligible for free shipping & handling, the special shipping charge will still apply.
*Due to our supplier's circumstances, there may be times when shipment is slightly delayed.
Orders are shipped by the Express Mail Service (EMS) or international courier.
The order should arrive at its destination within 5 days (average of 3 days) after shipment.
*Shipments may arrive late depending on the country, area or due to customs inspections.
We will send an email to your registered email address titled [Shipping Advice]. The email will contain the shipping day, tracking number for you to inquire with the courier, point accumulation, etc.

The item's sold on JCRAFTS.com are oftened manufactured upon order placement. Therefore, we accept returns and exchanges for defective items only.
To be eligible for return and/or exchange of merchandise, you must contact JCRAFTS with information regarding the items you wish to return within 14 days of receipt of shipment, by email or by FAX. We will only accept returns of items that we have confirmed for return. (Please ship the confirmed return items back to us within 7 days.) We will not accept a request for a return and/or exchange if you contact us after the 14-day period is over, or return merchandise to us without prior notice.

When returning a set (a 2-Piece Set, etc), return all items in the set in the condition that they were delivered. If even one item (including an attachment or accessory) is missing from the set, we will not be able to process your return.
If you are not satisfied with the items (because they do not fit or you do not like the color or print), the return will not be accepted. Please note that the actual color of the items and the color shown in the photographs may differ for reasons including your computer and monitor settings, the browser you are using, and the light conditions when the photographs were taken. Returns will not be accepted if the reason should be that your impression of the actual item color etc. be different from that shown in the photo color.
(1) The merchandise is different from what the customer ordered (wrong shipment).

We will reimburse the customer for shipping costs incurred. Please inform us in advance if you wish to make an exchange. If the item(s) to be exchanged are out of stock or have been discontinued, the customer will be given a full refund for the merchandise.

First, please print out the Returns & Exchanges sheet. Please fill out the sheet completely and then fax it to JCRAFTS.com. We will send our approval to you by FAX or email.Then, please send the items you want to return back together along with the approval received from JCRAFTS.com.
Please read and confirm the contents of the Exchanges and Returns form. Then, email us with the necessary information from the form. Please be sure to enter "Exchanges and Returns" as the email subject. JCRAFTS.com will send an email of approval back to you. Please print out the email of approval from JCRAFTS.com, and send your returning items back together with the consent email. (Please note that JCRAFTS.com will not accept any returns or exchanges for items sent back without prior approval or communication, or items that were not given approval.)
(If a letter of approval is not included with the returned item(s), it may take longer to process.)
(Please be sure not to send goods by private international mail carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. If sent back by one of these methods, the returning item's will not be accepted and no refund will be given.)

There are two methods for you to choose from for your refund of the merchandise cost and shipping.
There is no loss due to fluctuating exchange rates, and the refund can be processed quickly. (Please note that depending on campaign rules, there are situations where points are not available for use.)
The merchandise and/or shipping refund will be made through the credit card company, PayPal, or Alipay account that was used to purchase the merchandise. For a refund through credit card, PayPal, or Alipay, the exchange rate applied to the amount billed for the merchandise and shipping and handling charges may differ from the exchange rate at the time of refund. Thus, there may be differences in the total amount refunded due to exchange rate differences. Even if you experience a loss as a result of a different exchange rate at the time of refund, JCRAFTS.com will not be responsible for this loss. Also, please note that for a credit card refund, depending on the different monthly processing deadlines and pay dates, it may take as long as 2 months for the refund to be processed; for PayPal and Alipay, it make take from a few days, to the maximum of 10 days for the refund to be processed. If the amount of a refund exceeds the amount paid at the time of purchase, we will be unable to process that refund entirely through the method used at the time of purchase; instead, we will convert the difference into JCRAFTS points and refund the remainder into your account.
